Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided based on our assessment of the work required. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Changes in material costs
• Additional work requested by the customer
• Required code compliance updates

Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Insurance Claims

When assisting with insurance claims:

• We can help document damage and communicate with your insurance company
• We cannot guarantee claim approval or specific coverage amounts
• Final claim decisions are made solely by your insurance company
• You remain responsible for any deductibles and non-covered amounts
• We will never advise you to file a fraudulent claim

Warranty Information

Clear Choice Restoration provides warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary by project and are detailed in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to manufacturer terms.

Payment Terms
